About the role
Pure Barre is seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our community. This role involves daily interaction with clients to build relationships, provide a positive experience, and guide them through the sales process to membership. The Sales Representative will also assist in retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Conduct facility tours while establishing relationships and targeting individual client goals and needs.
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
- Emphasize and enforce the studio’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in special events (e.g., health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
- Develop and refine selling skills.
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Follow up and follow through with prospective clients.
- Manage inventory for retail clothing and other items.
- Attend and complete all relevant training programs.
- Take pictures for social media platforms.
- Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
- Excellent communication skills in person, via phone, and email.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
