About the role
The responsibility of the Sales Representative is to perform community sales activities by effectively moving prospects/referral sources through the sales process to close. Working directly with the Sales Director to achieve occupancy goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform community sales activities by effectively moving prospects through the sales process to close (from formal inquiry to move-in).
- Work with the sales staff to develop an outreach plan based on the needs of the community monthly and quarterly.
- Establish relationships with outside referral sources in the community through face-to-face meetings on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Senior Living Sales experience preferred
- Sales experience required
- Highly organized, focused, and motivated to work
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Proficient computer skills, verbal and written communication, and ability to routinely follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members at all levels of the community and corporate operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service focus
- Promote Spectrum in a positive manner and lead by example, modeling our core values in everyday behavior
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
