Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
- Cook with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Business Central preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Compensation
Base Salary: $25,625 – $32,000 annually.
Commission: Performance-based with unlimited earning potential.
Work Environment
Primarily office-based with regular local day travel for sales calls and customer visits. Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required.
