Sales Representative

Kimball Midwest is a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products with over 100 years of family-owned operation, offering more than 55,000 products to customers.

About the role

As a Sales Representative, you will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue within a designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold call and prospect potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Plan and prioritize weekly customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting value and quality.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas using the company’s proven sales programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to customer and associate locations within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage minimums.
• Use of a personal electronic device compliant with the company’s Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibits, provided for review prior to signing.

Pay

Uncapped commission earnings with first-year compensation plans ranging from $55,000 to $95,000.
