Sales Representative
Position Overview
Determine the demand for products and services and identify potential customers within a given territory. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop business plans to meet personal and company sales objectives.
- Qualify and develop active, viable pipelines through targeting prospects and initiating contact utilizing the various methods of sales lead generation.
- Manage, support and develop relationships and growth opportunities within new and existing accounts.
- Actively pursue cost reduction opportunities and identify alternative means to provide value to a prospect/customer.
- Provide accurate market feedback and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal supporting departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Solid work ethic comprised with high levels of motivation, passion and engagement
- Ability to work independently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 depending on experience. In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, LTD, life insurance, and company matching 401(k).
