Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Basic computer and math skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations
- Build trust and educate customers
- Identify customer needs and wants
- Utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation techniques
- Negotiate and close sales
- Participate in daily sales and training meetings
- Receive daily coaching and feedback
