FASTSIGNS® of Rochester, MN, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored signage solutions.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate signage products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in signage, advertising, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Google Workplace is a plus.
- Ability to read construction plans is a bonus.
