Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Networking: in office by phone and email using Salesforce and also out of office visiting potential customers facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid
- Prepare proposals and Bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to determine costs, and prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match
- Facilitate an effective Start-up for new business: partner with each department to establish the necessary game plan to begin the new business and ensure a smooth transition to our operations
Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with 3-5 years' experience
- Proven Janitorial sales record
- Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards
