About the role

Established in 1883 with frugal means, our founder, John Christ Baughman purchased 100 acres where our factory stands today and started production on 20,000 feet of clay tile per week. An immigrant from Germany, John Christ instilled a foundation of hard work and pride in his employees. Five generations later, our President, Brad Baughman still believes in these same values to excel our employees and company to meet our mission statement on a daily basis.
