Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to provide great customer service before, during and after the job is complete.
• Possess excellent follow up and follow through skills.
• Prospect and maintain relationships with customers.
• Help homeowners to solve problems and ensure they are happy with the solution.
• Attend meetings as needed.
• Organize and turn in job paperwork on time.
• Measure, document and present estimates to homeowners.
