- Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Nurture enriching relationships to build a strong client base
- Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies; perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Proven track record of strong performance
- Self-starter mentality and motivation to succeed
- Drive to become a product expert
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and meet insurability guidelines
