Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities across both commercial and residential markets
- Represent Casaplex’s high-end smart technology solutions with confidence and professionalism
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and set initial meetings
- Educate prospects on how integrated technology can enhance their living or working environment
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support ongoing sales efforts
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in CRM
- Absorb and apply knowledge of basic construction or technology concepts (familiarity with floor plans is a bonus)
- Use CRM or ERP tools for tracking progress and managing pipelines
- Show highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated behavior with strong follow-through
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales development, inside sales, or related experience (technical or smart technology sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills—you can simplify complex concepts and connect with clients easily
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and initiating conversations with new prospects
- Experience using CRM or ERP tools for tracking progress and managing pipelines
- Highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated with strong follow-through
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
