Responsibilities
- Visit and contact assigned distributors, retailers, and customers on a regular basis to maintain relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while providing excellent customer service.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's products to meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Increase product distribution by expanding points of sale (POS) within existing accounts.
- Drive SKU expansion by introducing new products to current and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for distributors, buyers, and customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and communicate findings to management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, brands, pricing, and promotional programs.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, call reports, and account updates as required.
- Auxiliary in merchandising activities and ensure proper product placement and brand visibility at customer locations.
- Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, conferences, and other industry events as required.
- Work closely with Sales Management and Brand Managers to execute sales initiatives and achieve territory objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using company systems.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory and internationally, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field
- Experience working with distributors, retailers, or international markets strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
