Sales Representative
Job Summary
Wholesure Inc, a division of Acrisure, seeks an experienced Sales Representative to cover the Central to Northern Florida territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents in an assigned area to generate new business submissions and gather industry insights.
- Make 15 face-to-face agency visits per week.
- Onboard new agents within 30 days - initial onboard by Internal Marketing Team.
- Possess the ability to prospect new agency appointments.
- Collaborate with Division Directors to expand opportunities identified during agency visits (schedule visits/calls between agents and brokers, underwriters, directors).
- Sign up agents for Webinars.
- Attend Industry related conventions: FAIA, LAAIA, Semi-annual Marketing Summit.

- Must be ambitious and hungry for long-term success.
- Must be extremely reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Able to multitask and possess great verbal and written skills.
- Must be able to type well and navigate all aspects of a computer.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Must be an excellent communicator, whether orally or on paper.
- Must possess good organizational skills.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneur approach and ownership of a situation.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, networking and relationship ability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well with little or no supervision.
- Must be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
Education and Experience
- College degree OR equivalent business experience preferred but not required.
- Active 2-20 Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Candidates will be expected to pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training and development plan.
