Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential law firm clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and translate them to SRP's service offerings
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Serve as the ongoing point of contact for active accounts
- Collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure smooth project hand-offs
- Track pipeline activity, account status, and outreach in CRM tools
- Represent SRP at industry events and conferences as needed
- Provide market feedback to leadership to inform service and product direction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfort discussing technical software solutions with non-technical buyers
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with technical teams
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into the legal industry or professional services sector
- Familiarity with legal practice management or financial accounting software
- Experience selling custom software, SaaS, or technology consulting services
- Existing network of contacts at law firms or legal operations teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
