No Experience Required

Our in-house Sales Program trains you on roof inspections, the insurance claims process, and how to pitch and close with confidence. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Act as a trusted consultant, guiding homeowners through inspections and insurance claims—never handing them a $20K bill yourself
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Conduct roof inspections and submit lead information
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
• Close personal deals and company-provided leads

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Strong work ethic and commitment to learning roofing fundamentals through ongoing training
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ambitious mindset with genuine interest in building a career in the roofing industry
