About the role
Sundance Window Cleaning is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as In-Home Sales Representatives specializing in exterior home services, windows, siding, and property improvement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
- Conduct exterior property evaluations and identify customer needs
- Educate homeowners on available exterior improvement and maintenance solutions
- Present customized recommendations and pricing options
- Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
- Manage the sales process from consultation to close
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers
- Represent Sundance Window Cleaning professionally within the community
Requirements
- Prior sales experience required (retail sales, phone sales, door-to-door sales, canvassing, customer service sales, or other customer-facing sales roles)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation required
Qualifications
- Approximately 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Previous experience in in-home sales, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, windows, construction, home services, or customer-facing sales
- Experience working toward performance-based goals
- Strong consultative sales approach
- Outgoing and personable personality
- Charismatic and confident when meeting homeowners
- Coachable and eager to learn
