About the role
This is a full-cycle outside sales position where you'll work directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. You'll build relationships, identify customer needs, present customized solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from the initial conversation through installation.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in assigned territories.
- Introduce company products and services professionally.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
- Generate new opportunities through direct outreach and referrals.
- Maintain consistent daily activity within assigned areas.
- Identify customer needs through consultative conversations.
- Present solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Answer questions and provide clear product information.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to completed agreement.
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals.
- Represent the company professionally within the community.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
- Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
