Your Role

Join Fabiano Brothers as an On-Premise Sales Representative in Oakland County, Detroit. Engage with local retailers, build lasting relationships, and promote a varied portfolio of high-quality beers.

Essential Functions & Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse people.
• Be reliable and punctual for shifts.
• Strong capability to work safely and efficiently.
• A pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Hightly motivated and well-organized.
• Candidates must be goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays to visit customers and attend special events.
• Ability to regularly move products frequently weighing 50 lbs.
• Valid Michigan driver's license with a safe driving record is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is needed.
• Complete all assigned duties and attend meetings/training.
