What You'll Do

• Self-source top-tier sales talent through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
• Recruit and close one-call-close sales representatives
• Recruit and close one-call-close sales leaders and managers
• Build relationships with passive candidates
• Create and execute recruiting strategies to support aggressive company growth
• Partner with leadership to identify top talent before competitors do

Compensation

• $70,000 Base Salary
