Sales Professional – ProForce Pest Control $2,000 sign-on bonus Base + uncapped commission Company vehicle Fort Myers, FL – Onsite What You’ll Do You’ll work in the field with your Branch Manager and Sales Team Leader to bring in new customers and grow existing accounts. Day-to-day, that means: Running scheduled inspections with current customers and recommending added servicesProspecting in your local area to find new businessExplaining our services clearly and closing accounts that stickHitting weekly and monthly sales targets What You Get Base pay plus commission with no cap$2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 daysHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceCompany vehicle and gas cardCompany phone, iPad, and the tools you needPaid training from day oneA real path into leadership What We’re Looking For Sales experience preferred, but not requiredConfident, clear communicator who likes talking to peopleSelf-motivated and comfortable working on your ownValid driver’s license; must pass MVR, background check, and drug screen This is a field job!
