Pro Sales Specialist
About the Role
The Pro Specialist is Levolor's face to the trade in the field. This is a relationship-driven, hunter sales role focused on building trust with contractors, builders, and remodelers — identifying leads, growing accounts, and driving revenue outside the retail environment. You'll be on jobsites, in showrooms, and across the desk from decision-makers, turning conversations into relationships and relationships into recurring business. Because this is a growing part of Levolor's business, the Pro Specialist has room to shape their territory and make a visible impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads among contractors, builders, remodelers, and related trade professionals within an assigned territory.
- Build and deepen relationships with decision-makers through regular jobsite visits, in-person meetings, and consistent follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate Levolor's product line, matching solutions to each customer's projects and needs.
- Own a territory sales target; build and manage a pipeline to hit and exceed it.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of accounts, activity, and pipeline in the CRM.
- Provide product knowledge, training, and support to trade accounts so they can specify and sell Levolor with confidence.
- Coordinate with customer service and operations to ensure smooth quoting, ordering, and fulfillment.
- Represent Levolor at local trade events, association meetings, and industry gatherings.
- Feed market, competitor, and customer intelligence back to the National Pro Sales Manager.

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; credible with tradespeople and decision-makers alike.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and comfort managing a pipeline.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
