Location: Port Charlotte, Florida | Full-Time | Retail Sales Team

Join our team in Port Charlotte! Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to help customers create beautiful outdoor living spaces. We’ve been enhancing Florida lifestyles for 55 years and offer a supportive, low-pressure, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and outdoor living products
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Use POS systems to process sales and transactions
• Work weekends and holidays (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter)

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Must be available for a week of training in Largo and attend twice-annual sales meetings
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Comfort with POS systems
• Weekend and holiday availability

Training & Growth

• 14-week onboarding program
• Quarterly training and ongoing development opportunities
• Uncapped commission—earnings tied directly to your effort and initiative

Pay

$65,000 – $95,000 yearly salary (hourly plus commission-based)

Schedule

40-hour workweek | Monday–Saturday 10 AM–7 PM, Sunday 10 AM–6 PM
