About the role
This individual must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, a keen sense of customer service and a polished and professional appearance. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends required. Prior luxury jewelry and timepiece experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry and timepieces
- Manage inventory and maintain showroom displays
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
