Responsibilities
- Learning and following the dealership sales process
- Greeting, assisting, and following up with customers
- Prospecting for new business and maintaining relationships with past customers
- Presenting, demonstrating, and explaining vehicle features and benefits
- Managing leads, appointments, and customer follow-up through the CRM
- Staying current on Chevrolet products, incentives, market trends, and certifications
- Working with sales leadership to review goals, performance, and monthly plans
- Maintaining dealership standards for customer satisfaction, sales volume, and gross average
- Helping grow the dealership’s market share through consistent daily activity
- Delivering a professional, customer-first experience from first contact to vehicle delivery

Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
