Grey Wolf Automotive Group is seeking motivated, professional Sales Consultants to join our team at Deland CJDR. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional commission-only sales role. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
  • Provide a professional, customer-focused sales experience
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers
  • Participate in required meetings, training, and OEM certification programs

Performance Expectations

  • Maintain a consistent sales average of at least 10 vehicles per month
  • Meet or exceed OEM Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to complete required training programs
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation and Benefits

  • $36,000 annual base salary (paid bi-weekly)
  • Monthly performance bonuses based on units sold
  • Volume-based accelerator bonus (32+ units)
  • Salesperson of the Month awards ($1,000–$1,500)
  • Profit-based “Golden Eagle” bonuses
  • Annual longevity bonus ($25 per vehicle sold)
