Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Great listening ability
- High‑energy, people‑oriented with a sales focus and experience in a customer‑satisfaction environment
- Available to work a retail schedule
- Prior experience using Windows‑based computer programs
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Basic numerical reasoning skills
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently
Physical requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
- Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs
Education & experience
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous demonstrated experience in a customer‑satisfaction environment preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
