Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up on company-provided leads
- Meet with customers on-site to: Evaluate parking lots, driveways, and pavement conditions Create accurate bids and proposals Send estimates and follow up to close jobs
- Generate new business by: Visiting commercial properties and decision-makers Going business-to-business offering bids for parking lots Targeting residential neighborhoods for seal coating and asphalt work
- Maintain organized notes and follow-ups
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (construction, paving, or service sales a plus)
- Comfortable talking to business owners and homeowners
- Self-motivated and disciplined with follow-up
- Willingness to work both inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to learn estimating and pricing (training provided)
