Responsibilities
- Identify potential partners through cold outreach, news sources, conference/networking events
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within relevant organizations
- Comfortable presenting to C-level prospects both in-person and over video conferencing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and work in tandem with our Care Navigation team to address inquiries, concerns, and foster strong working relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with partners
- Provide prospect and customer feedback to product teams and advocate for implementation as needed
- Negotiate and manage contracts with potential partners
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor the performance of the partnership
- Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives, working with both internal and external teams to align on project timelines, goals for the partnership, and make adjustments as needed
- Work with new partners to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continually assess the impact of partnership
- Work with internal teams to analyze partnership metrics and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders
- Use data-driven insights to optimize partnerships strategies and drive continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in partnership identification, implementation, and management
- Must be experienced in business development starting with building out a CRM, cold outreach, through contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
- Familiarity and curiosity with healthcare industry markets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience in contract negotiation and management
