Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners through cold outreach, news sources, conference/networking events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within relevant organizations
  • Comfortable presenting to C-level prospects both in-person and over video conferencing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and work in tandem with our Care Navigation team to address inquiries, concerns, and foster strong working relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with partners
  • Provide prospect and customer feedback to product teams and advocate for implementation as needed
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with potential partners
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor the performance of the partnership
  • Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives, working with both internal and external teams to align on project timelines, goals for the partnership, and make adjustments as needed
  • Work with new partners to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continually assess the impact of partnership
  • Work with internal teams to analyze partnership metrics and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize partnerships strategies and drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in partnership identification, implementation, and management
  • Must be experienced in business development starting with building out a CRM, cold outreach, through contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
  • Familiarity and curiosity with healthcare industry markets
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management
