Sales Outbound Call Center

About the role

Join a growing team as an Appointment Setter / Account Representative! In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. No cold calling required. This is a Contract to Hire hybrid position based in Grand Prairie, TX.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, collections, retail, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency

Pay

$19.00 per hour (with uncapped bonuses)

Schedule

• Full-time, hybrid schedule
• Weekday shifts: 11am‑8pm or 12pm‑9pm
• One weekend day required (remote on weekends)
• 2 weeks of onsite paid training
