About the role
Provide sales operations support to the RAD team, organizing and overseeing daily business demands to maximize efficiency in RAD sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative functions of the sales process.
- Professionally communicate with Account Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure sales processes are effectively completed.
- Identify current location of assets using the Truck Locator App.
- Create Equipment Purchase Orders in the M3 System.
- Effectively communicate across departments to ensure inventory is available to fulfill sales opportunities.
- Research and analyze data to create reporting as needed by the RAD team.
- Support in maintaining the Disposal Asset Master List and ensure data integrity.
- Accurately analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes and processing.
- Accurately and timely prepare and review operational reports.
- Complete projects as assigned by manager.
- Assist with Rental Asset disposal and inventory issues.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and adapt to changing work demands.
- Self-sufficient, driven, and able to meet deadlines and schedules with a strong attendance record.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and create innovative solutions to problems with minimal direction from supervisors.

Working Conditions
- Majority of work performed in an office setting.
- Core office hours are between 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday (flexibility on start/quit time) plus any additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to see things in close proximity, whether through natural or corrected vision.
