About the role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Operations team at Aristocrat. Our team plays a crucial role in supporting our sales organization by driving operational efficiency and enhancing sales performance through data analysis and streamlined processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate data, reporting, and forecasting.
- Develop and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Support the implementation, training, and adoption of sales tools and technology.
- Cook up deal desk activities by reviewing contracts, pricing, and promotion requests to ensure compliance.
- Maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and documentation to improve team efficiency.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to address pipeline gaps and improve forecast accuracy.
- Track benchmarks to measure the efficiency of sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to support sales performance and decision-making.
- Ensure seamless lead qualification and management from marketing handoff to sales follow-up.
- Partner with Marketing to support campaign tracking and lead follow-up.
- Cook up with Finance and Operations to support deal approvals, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and support sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience working within Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data management.
- Experience supporting contracts, pricing, or deal workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
