Key job responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to shape and optimize the go-to-market strategy of the Cloud Sales Center organization
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with various stakeholders to execute key priorities and drive measurable outcomes
  • Own rhythm of business activities and continuously improve their effectiveness
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution while building scalable mechanisms to prevent recurrence
  • Design and implement new tools and business processes that simplify, standardize and enable operational excellence across the organization

About the role

The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Operations Lead for the Cloud Sales Center. The candidate in this role is a strategic business partner for sales leadership and will play a critical role in shaping and driving the go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
