Americaneagle.com is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Sales Operations Assistant to support Sales Executives across scheduling, priorities, sales pursuits, and business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and can bring structure and follow-through to multiple high-impact engagements. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage competing priorities, produce polished client-facing materials, and help turn conversations and ideas into measurable action.
Responsibilities
- Help manage executive scheduling, calendar coordination, priorities, action items, and follow-ups to ensure the highest-impact initiatives continue moving forward.
- Participate in sales pursuits and help coordinate opportunities, maintain CRM, prepare presentations and supporting materials, respond to RFPs, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Support strategic partner relationships, including coordinating meetings, tracking joint initiatives and opportunities, preparing for partner discussions, and helping execute go-to-market activities.
- Help create polished, client-facing deliverables including proposals, presentations, meeting materials, account plans, business cases, and other strategic documentation.
- Maintain visibility into key priorities, deadlines, commitments, and next steps across sales, partnerships, customers, and internal initiatives.
- Prepare agendas and briefing materials, capture decisions and action items, coordinate follow-ups, and help turn executive conversations into tangible outcomes.
- Gain hands-on exposure to executive leadership, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, client strategy, and business operations, with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership and responsibility over time.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Chicagoland area
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, or similar business/sales role
- Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with leadership stakeholders
- Willing to travel as-needed

- Previous experience in the tech industry is a nice to have
Pay
The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
