Sales & Member Services Specialist

About the role

The Sales & Member Services Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering the community spirit at TITLE Boxing Club of Portland-Beaverton. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service, converting leads into members, conducting club tours, and maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service to ensure the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time
• Track leads, appointments, and prospect interests in appropriate systems
• Convert sales leads to first time guests, and first time guests to members
• Meet, greet, and work the floor during select times
• Conduct club tours for scheduled appointments and prospects
• Accurately follow the daily club cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) club workouts and shifts
• Complete additional tasks as designated by management
• Build trust with each guest throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, MS Windows) and an ability to learn new software
• Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• Ability to handle competing tasks and tight deadlines
• Outwardly facing professional appearance
• Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly

Required Experience, Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of Sales experience preferred
