About the role

Imagine is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the promotion and sales of assigned exhibitions, touring experiences, and immersive attractions. This role is an important part of the market execution team, helping coordinate campaigns, partnerships, promotions, ticket sales initiatives, reporting, and day-to-day project activity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to build experience in live entertainment, exhibitions, attractions, tourism, or experiential marketing. This is an opportunity to work across multiple functions and gain hands-on experience bringing exhibitions and experiences to market.

Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing / Senior Director, Sales & Marketing
Works closely with: Marketing Communications & Brand, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing & Growth, Operations, Ticketing, Creative, and external agency partners
Location: Preferred Atlanta, GA with option for Remote/Hybrid (with domestic and international travel as required)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaigns, partnerships, promotions, and ticket sales initiatives for assigned exhibitions and touring experiences.
  • Support day-to-day project activity and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, venues, and external partners.
  • Manage multiple priorities and ensure attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, promotions, partnerships, events, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in live entertainment, exhibitions, attractions, tourism, sports, cultural institutions, or experiential marketing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies, venues, and external partners.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Manual dexterity and proficiency sufficient to operate a computer and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds to move equipment on and off shelves.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity using both hands.
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally based on business needs.
