Job Overview

The Sales, Marketing & Events Administrative Assistant must provide administrative support to a team of Sales/Event Managers and support the Hotel’s marketing efforts through social media channels, collateral, and in collaboration with the PR agency.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and speak with clients
  • Maintain systems
  • Create leads, presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Cook up client needs for managers

Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications or ability to learn new computer programs
  • Knowledge of Opera, Reserve, and Envision will be prioritized
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic hospitality knowledge and/or administrative support experience is preferred
  • Basic to intermediate marketing/social media knowledge
  • Must be able to work independently and confidently
