Job Overview
The Sales, Marketing & Events Administrative Assistant must provide administrative support to a team of Sales/Event Managers and support the Hotel’s marketing efforts through social media channels, collateral, and in collaboration with the PR agency.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and speak with clients
- Maintain systems
- Create leads, presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Cook up client needs for managers
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications or ability to learn new computer programs
- Knowledge of Opera, Reserve, and Envision will be prioritized
- Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Basic hospitality knowledge and/or administrative support experience is preferred
- Basic to intermediate marketing/social media knowledge
- Must be able to work independently and confidently
