Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market share for M/LWD services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans across assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Lead customer engagement activities including technical presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships
- Support commercial strategy including pricing, contract negotiations, and bid development
- Track sales activity, customer engagement, and pipeline opportunities within Salesforce
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to leadership
- Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs
- Represent Nabors at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field OR
- Minimum 6+ years of directional drilling, WBP, or M/LWD sales experience
- Knowledge of directional drilling, Wellbore Placement, and M/LWD technologies
- Experience within US Land Oil & Gas market
- Proven track record in sales and business development

- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience selling Wellbore Placement solutions, Experience with M/LWD technologies, Experience with downhole technology solutions, Strong commercial negotiation experience, Experience working with integrated drilling solutions, Established industry relationships within US Land market
