About the role
The Sales Manager, Walmart US and Canada is a key contributor on our Walmart Retail Team, owning the Harry's Hair and Lume Feminine Hygiene businesses in the US and leading our full portfolio (Harry's, Flamingo, and Lume) in Walmart Canada. This role sits at the center of two high-growth category opportunities and a strategically important international market, making it one of the most diverse and dynamic books of business on the team.
Responsibilities
- Own the Harry's Hair and Lume Feminine Hygiene businesses at Walmart US, including merchant relationships, forecasting, assortment strategy, and on-shelf and digital execution
- Lead the full Mammoth Brands portfolio (Harry's, Flamingo, Lume) across Walmart Canada, serving as the primary commercial point of contact for Canadian merchant relationships
- Develop and execute Annual Business Plans that deliver against revenue and profit targets, aligned to broader channel and brand strategies
- Show up as a credible thought leader with Walmart merchants, showing up prepared, telling compelling data-driven stories, and positioning Mammoth Brands as a category thought leader
- Partner closely with our digital commerce team to understand Walmart.com performance, support retail media planning, and identify ecommerce opportunities
- Manage brand P&L and trade funding (VCI) for your categories, balancing investment decisions against financial guardrails
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations, for both external and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- A sales professional with CPG experience and a track record of managing complex accounts
- You've owned a P&L, worked cross-functionally, and can point to outcomes you drove
- Walmart experience is preferred; you understand how Walmart makes decisions and how to navigate the merchant relationship effectively
- Digitally literate. You're comfortable pulling and interpreting ecommerce data, know the basics of how retail media works, and ideally have some experience with digital selling platforms (Walmart.com, Amazon, or similar)
- A strong analytical thinker who can take a dataset and turn it into a point of view, not just a summary
- A clear, direct communicator who can adapt their style, from a Walmart merchant conversation to an internal leadership update
- Collaborative and cross-functionally effective. You bring people in, build alignment, and know how to get things done through others
- Curious and comfortable with ambiguity. This portfolio spans two US categories and an international market, and no two weeks look the same
- A learner at heart, always looking to improve your craft, understand the consumer, and find the next opportunity
