Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed financial targets
- Develop and execute business strategy aligned with sales goals
- Attract and retain top sales talent using validated recruitment methods
- Conduct team prospecting sessions to drive high activity
- Ensure team members can develop and maintain C-level relationships
- Communicate global strategy effectively to the team
- Coach and mentor direct reports regularly
- Support own and team's professional growth
Qualifications
- 7-15 years of consultative sales experience in high technology
- 3+ years of management experience
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales associates
- Strong business, forecasting, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated executive presence and sales acumen
- Public Equity experience is a plus
