About the role

As a leader within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team. You will align the team on driving sales, delivering an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring efficient store operations. Combining entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury retail business, you will influence both client and associate experiences through organizational skills and daily presence on the sales floor.

You will provide input on marketing and client relationship strategies, offer in-the-moment coaching to associates, and shape store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates to drive revenue. You will also ensure appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team.

To succeed, you must lead by example with integrity, collaborate, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, think strategically, navigate ambiguity and change, and be results-oriented. As part of the management team, you will drive sales both personally and through your team, passionately conveying the vision of Giorgio Armani.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team.
  • Align the team on driving sales, client experience, talent development, and store efficiency.
  • Provide input on marketing and client relationship strategies.
  • Deliver in-the-moment coaching to associates on the sales floor.
  • Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across the team.
  • Drive sales personally and through the team.
  • Lead with integrity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar retail management role.
  • College or post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports.
  • Proficiency with retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Open availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on the brand.
