About the role
We are seeking a proven Sales Manager to grow our B2B accounts with large national retailers. This role is ideal for someone who has experience navigating mass merchant retail channels and knows how to build long-term relationships with buying teams at big-box stores.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with national and regional retailers
- Manage and grow existing retail accounts through responsive service and proactive upselling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and merchandising teams
- Collaborate with internal departments: product development, logistics, and marketing
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and promotional planning with support teams
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, etc.)
- Experience selling consumer goods such as home improvement products, tools, textiles, seasonal items, or general merchandise
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license

- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
