Your Mission

Your mission is to guide and develop a team of Flooring Specialists who are confident, capable, and masters of our sales process. You’ll lead by example, coach in real time, and make sure every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression.

What You’ll Own

• Drive daily and weekly sales performance with hands-on coaching and planning
• Develop your team through feedback, role-play, and skill-building exercises
• Make sure our proven selling system is executed flawlessly at every appointment
• Lead engaging huddles and meetings that reinforce priorities and goals
• Conduct ride-alongs and appointment audits to strengthen skills on the spot
• Fast-track new-hire success with structured onboarding and training

Who You Are

• Proven leader in in-home or high-velocity sales environments
• Natural coach who motivates, inspires, and holds team members accountable
• Data-driven and comfortable using KPIs to make smart decisions
• Clear, confident communicator in one-on-one and group settings
