Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals.
• Must have industry experience and reside in the Northern VA area.

Qualifications

A solid background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry, with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others. Results-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance.

Schedule

Based in the Bowie, MD office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays.
