Responsibilities
- Manage shipment tracking and provide customer support through MySpot platform
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers
- Handle escalated customer issues and work towards resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
