Sales Manager

Major Activities

• Aid Store Manager in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and standards.
• Coach team members on best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Cover Manager-on-Duty (MOD) shifts, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Manage Balloons business, birthday parties, and other in-store programs.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Support MCC/Extend services, ensuring customer adoption of protection plans.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop, overseeing Cut Bar experience.
• Oversee efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured training programs.
• Maintain strong Asset Protection practices, reducing shrinkage through awareness and compliance.

Minimum Type of Experience Required

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Work Environment

• Standing for long periods.
• Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing merchandise and fixtures up to 25-50 pounds.
• Climbing ladders or step stools.
• Performing repetitive motions, including scanning items, stocking shelves, and operating POS equipment.
• Frequent customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours

• Nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Total Base Pay Range

$16.00 - $22.20 per hour.

Other Duties As Assigned

Support Custom Framing operations, including customer consultations and coordination with the frame shop.
