About the role
The Sales Manager will build out infrastructure to increase IUL sales. The role requires hiring direct agents to HFG and focusing on increasing revenue from the IUL platform.
Responsibilities
- Hire and manage direct agents to HFG
- Increase revenue on the IUL platform
- Focus on expanding the IUL product line
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales management
- Experience in building and managing insurance sales teams
- Strong understanding of IUL products and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales management
- Experience with insurtech solutions is a plus
