What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities
- Manage and respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries
- Negotiate and execute group contracts
- Ensure clear communication of client expectations with the hotel operations team
Education & Experience
- Proven success in hotel or hospitality sales, ideally with group sales experience
- A strong hunter mindset with track record of generating new business
- Confidence in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and outreach
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent organization, pipeline management, and forecasting abilities
- Clear, confident communication skill and a relationship-driven approach
- Self-motivated and able to perform independently in a goal-driven environment
- College degree or at least two years of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related sales role

- The ability to see, hear, talk, sit, stand, handle objects, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift items as needed for the position with or without reasonable accommodations

Pay & Benefits
- $50-60K/yr + Benefits and Quarterly Bonus potential
