About the role
We’re seeking a driven, charismatic, and experienced Sales Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong network to pull from, exceptional closing skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Knowledge of all hotel facilities and nearby attractions
- Travel as needed for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
- Negotiate group rates and hotel services within established guidelines
- Draft and review contracts and rate agreements with precision
- Participate in all necessary team and department meetings
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs
- Conduct site inspections, presentations, and special events for potential clients
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Maintain accurate records in our sales and catering system (Delphi/Amadeus)
- Deliver monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to engage meeting/event planners
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Able to work independently and thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Canva, and Delphi/Amadeus
- Availability during peak times, including occasional weekends, holidays, and special events

Pay
$59,000. - $60,000. annual.
Schedule
The hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.
