Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives
- Work with the events team to secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events
- Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to hotel management
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services and build brand awareness
- Work closely with other hotel departments, such as operations and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent skills in engaging with guests and collaborating seamlessly with team members
